All products sold by ClaimKit are digital downloads. We do not ship physical items.

1) Delivery method

After your purchase is completed, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following:

• A download link displayed on the order confirmation page

• A download link sent to the email address used at checkout

• Access through your customer account (if enabled)

2) Delivery time

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. In some cases, it may take a short time for the email to arrive. Please check your spam or junk folder.

3) Wrong email address or email delivery problems

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout or you believe the email did not deliver, contact us and we will help you access your purchase.
